Thank you for taking the Elizabeth Dole Foundation's survey on the impact of COVID-19 on military and veteran caregivers and their families. This survey will ask a series of questions to define (1) how the COVID crisis has affected the military and veteran caregiver community and (2) the needs of this community in the midst of the crisis.
