The Impacts of the COVID-19 Crisis on Military and Veteran Caregivers and their Families

Question Title

Thank you for taking the Elizabeth Dole Foundation's survey on the impact of COVID-19 on military and veteran caregivers and their families. This survey will ask a series of questions to define (1) how the COVID crisis has affected the military and veteran caregiver community and (2) the needs of this community in the midst of the crisis.

This survey is completely anonymous and will only be used to inform programming and communications to the military and veteran caregiver community. Response time for this survey is expected to be 10 minutes or less.
