2024-25 Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) Application Request Form
The 2024-25 Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) application will open on Tuesday, April 9, 2024. Please read the following information carefully prior to submitting this application request.
NAP is a grant program for Indiana non-profit corporations in which they are awarded Indiana tax credits to use as tool to help with fundraising through donor contributions to fund certain neighborhood-based programs and projects benefitting local communities. The NAP application is only open to businesses and is not an application for assistance with buying a home or applying for other services, such as energy assistance, rental assistance, the housing choice voucher program, etc. For more information on these and other services for individuals, visit the main IHCDA website and click on the box for Homebuyers or Homeowners & Renters.
The NAP application can only be completed online, and the link will be emailed directly to applicants by SurveyMonkey at the email address submitted via this request form. All application requests must be made by completing this survey and will not be accepted via email.
You may request the application before it opens; however, you will not receive the emailed link until April 9. If the application is open and you do not receive the link within 48 hours (business days) of this request, please first check your spam folder and ensure you are able to receive emails from SurveyMonkey, then email the NAP inbox at the email address listed below if you still need assistance.

The NAP application will close on Monday, May 6, 2024, at 5:00 PM Eastern, and no submissions will be accepted after that time.
