The organising committee will select applicants according to the following criteria:

Merit of candidate (qualifications, training, professional background and achievements).
Personal professional benefit, relevance for workplace and ability to transfer knowledge and skills to other professionals.
English language proficiency.
Overall quality of the application.

Accepted applicants will be entitled to:

Registration fee
Travel and accommodation grant (for participants outside of Porto, Portugal)

Applicants authorise ERS to share the information provided with the course organisers for the purposes of selection.
