Introduction

Thank you for your interest in competing in one of Golf Canada's National Amateur Championships, presented by BDO.

In order to be considered for a discretionary exemption, this form must be filled out by any player who has not attained a provincial quota spot or direct exemption into a national championship.

Golf Canada has a limited amount of discretionary spots and will select the most deserving players to receive an exemption.

Please fill out the questionnaire below and submit the application before each national championship's respective registration deadline.
