This serves as your attendance record for the Annual Conference & Elections Training.
No credit will be awarded for incomplete submissions.

To earn IIMC education credit, attendees are required to submit an assessment assignment for each day that they are seeking education points/credit. In order to receive credit, assignments must be submitted by the deadline.
No late or incomplete assignments will be accepted.
