The Trainer Stream is a series of five modules designed to support your personal development and help prepare you for the role of Trainer. The modules are Training TEAM (about our current Adult Training Modules), Facilitation Skills, Training Delivery, Training Design, and Needs Assessment. A candidacy process with mentoring follows this educational component. Guiders interested in the content for personal or professional reasons are welcome to attend. You are not required to complete the candidacy process if you take the Trainer Stream.
