REGISTERING MULTIPLE MINORS?

You may register all eligible minors in your care for the 2026 Lummi Nation Basic Needs Distribution.

This online form allows you to register up to six minors at a time.

If you are registering more than six minors, simply submit another application for the remaining minors.

All eligible minors may receive a gift card. The six-minor limit applies only to each individual application, not to the number of minors you may register.
