Community Governance Project and Representation Review

Council wants to find out your views on how you can be best represented in the future. Council needs to review its representation arrangements every six years and so we want to get your ideas to assist with this.
This will help Council decide ward boundaries and the number of councillors to represent the District fairly and effectively. We also want to know about local representation – how many community boards should we have and whether they should cover the whole of the District.
Following are some questions that we would like your views on. This will help us when we prepare a map of possible boundaries for formal consultation in April-May next year.
