After over two years without a contract, and five strikes, the University continues to refuse to bargain in good faith.
We have had enough. Our bargaining team has authorized an open-ended strike, and we intend to stay on strike until UC stops breaking the law and bargains a fair agreement in good faith. This means workers, who are already struggling to support their families, will go without pay until an agreement is reached. This is a major sacrifice and a decision we do not make lightly, but UC has left us no other choice. We need your support.
