The purpose of this survey is to record how people in Florida responded to Hurricane Irma and the local evacuation orders. The answers recorded in this survey may provide useful information for future state and local evacuation planning and modeling. Participation will not result in response or aid from the Florida Division of Emergency Management or partners promoting this survey.
