Survey to Gauge Investor Sentiment on RGSM Retail Bond

Following the recent issuance of the Government of Grenada’s retail bond issuance, a new survey is being developed to gather feedback from the public. This initiative aims to understand the motivations and barriers for investors, assess the effectiveness of the onboarding and marketing processes, and identify areas for improvement for future offerings.

The survey is designed to understand the experience and gather feedback from individuals who participated in, or were aware of, the recent government of Grenada household bond issuance. The insights gathered will be instrumental in shaping the strategy for other retail bond issuances across the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union (ECCU).

The forthcoming survey will delve deeper into the investor experience, with specific questions covering:

Investment Decisions: Reasons for choosing to invest or not to invest in the recent bond offer.
Onboarding Process: Feedback on the ease and clarity of opening an account and making an investment.
Marketing and Communication: Assessment of the effectiveness of promotional activities and the clarity of information provided.
Suggestions for Improvement: Open-ended questions to solicit recommendations for enhancing the investor experience.

The survey is estimated to take 10 minutes. We appreciate your feedback.
