WHAT IS THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM AT OLAM VIETNAM LTD?
With the ongoing expansion in business, we are continuously strengthening our talent pipeline, Olam Vietnam is now seeking you to join the Internship Program 2021.
The program is designed for final-year students or fresh graduates of engineering who would like to take part in the internship program in our businesses such as Edible Nuts.
We're looking for 3rd and 4th Students who are studying Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Food Quality Control.
You can have a chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and global working environment. Through the program, it provides a holistic foundation for your functional, professional and managerial skills and business acumen.
The selected candidates will undergo training and project for at least 4 months to learn about functions in manufacturing, especially our production process. The candidate will get oriented on Olam’ products and be assigned to appropriate real projects.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
- BA in Engineering majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Management, Food/ Chemistry/ Microbiology Technology.
- Good at English (both written & spoken). - Honest, dedicated, hard-working, can-do attitude. - Can work full time from Monday to Friday, 4-5 months. - Willing to be based in Dong Nai.
SELECTION PROCESS:
- Round 1: Application - Round 2: HR department
- Round 3: Panel interview
Benefit:
1. Working time: Monday to Friday, full time for at least 4 months (start in May) 2. Shuttle bus from HCM to Dong Nai. 3. Allowance: 5mil VND/month/intern ( plus lunch in the factory) 4. Certification after finished the program 5. Review/ feedback by mentors and HR Team
