As the charitable arm of the P&G Alumni Network, the P&G Alumni Foundation multiplies the efforts of P&G alumni providing people in need economic paths to prosperity. Through strategic grant-making to charitable organizations with active P&G alumni involvement, we empower people around the globe to build bright, sustainable futures through job skills, vocational training, and business start-ups.

The Alumni Foundation is supported by the work of various committees. Our high performing, hands on work teams are comprised of passionate P&G Alums who generously contribute their time and talent to deliver our philanthropic objectives. We hope you will join our team!

Marketing & Communications: Develop and execute a marketing & communications plan and campaigns designed to raise awareness of the Foundation and help drive fundraising. Alums with skills and interest in the following areas are in demand:
o Video editing and production, leveraging media assets provided by our Grant recipients.
o Graphic design.
o Develop annual Impact Report.
o Website edits & posts.

Development & Fundraising: Develop, implement, and monitor against a multi-pronged fundraising plan to achieve goals and sustainable fund campaign objectives. Partner effectively with dedicated teams focused on:
o Donor Nurturing: develop and implement plans and build team to help the Foundation achieve its goal of becoming among best-in-class in donor recognition and appreciation.
o Bi-Annual Conference: leverage P&G Alum Foundation awareness and fundraising during the bi-annual Network Conference.
o "My 5" Friend-Raising: outreach to three to five Alums endorsing the Foundation and asking them to learn more and consider a donation.
o Proposal/Grant Writing: researching, writing, seeking input, and editing proposals/grants that seek funding for the Alumni Foundation.

Finance & Investments: Develop and monitor compliance with investment policy and strategy, lead annual budgeting process, handle IRS tax filing, and manage financial statement audit.

Chapter Engagement: Develop a vision and plans to “meet Chapters where they are” to support their individual needs – consistent with our goals to increase awareness/involvement, donations and grant applications. Help build and share best practices. Create tools needed by Chapters for easy access/use.

Grant Making: Oversee process of grant selection, measurement and reporting of results and impact. Maintain grants history and ongoing relationships with grantees and grant champions.

Governance: Monitor board membership, lead recruitment and orientation, manage terms, conflict of interest statements, etc. Collaborate effectively with sub-teams focused on Finance/Investment and our Donor Advised Fund with GCF.
o Donar Advised Fund Advisory: Coordinate activities between the Foundation and GCF such as fundraising, gift processing & reporting, grant payments and performance and financial investments.

Ad Hoc or Advisory Role: Provide specialized support on a project basis or advise on strategic issues or problems in a limited basis.
