Non-congregate feeding, meal times and parent/guardian pickup waivers allow for SFAs/Sponsor to provide food items in bulk and to provide meals for multiple days for pickup or delivery. To distribute meals for multiple days, USDA has instructed ADE to assess the SFA’s/Sponsor's capacity to execute such an approach effectively.

This form must be completed to provide details on the distribution plan for providing meals for multiple days. SFAs/Sponsors only need to submit their distribution plan once, but must be submitted before the SFA/Sponsor distributes meals for multiple days. SFSP sponsors who already submitted a distribution plan for spring/summer 2020 do not need to submit another one for September-June 2021 operations. SFAs will submit one distribution plan for SY 20-21. ADE will provide technical assistance and request clarification if a distribution plan does not demonstrate the SFA’s/Sponsor's capacity to provide meals for multiple days.
