Psychedelic Integration Survey: Questionnaire 1

Thank you for your interest in participating in this study. The following questionnaire will take approximately 35 minutes. The primary risks of this study include boredom or emotional discomfort. The survey is entirely anonymous.

Questionnaire 1 is for facilitators trained to guide integration clients through the psychedelic integration process. This includes, but is not limited to, mental health workers, licensed psychedelic researchers, entheogenic guides/sitters, medicine workers, shamans, integration coaches, integration circle facilitators, and self-trained facilitators.

Please note: There is a second questionnaire for this study, Questionnaire 2, for psychedelic integration clients who have practiced integration with a trained facilitator. You are welcome and encouraged to participate in Questionnaire 2 as well if you are eligible.

The goals of this study are to collect data from those with firsthand experience facilitating or practicing psychedelic integration, to contribute to the growing body of research on psychedelic integration and strengthen its foundation, and to formalize the field of psychedelic integration by advancing and standardizing our knowledge of best practices for integrating psychedelic experiences, lessons, and insights into everyday life to promote healing, growth, and transformation.

Information gathered from this study could benefit the well-being of others in the future. It may also help establish psychedelic integration as an independent discipline eventually.

Given the relative lack of research on psychedelic integration to date, this is an in-depth survey and may take longer than other questionnaires you have completed. Your feedback is invaluable. Thank you in advance for participating in this study.
