Please note that the trader booking form is for 2 days (Saturday and Sunday) for a stall at the Respect Festival, to be held on the Plymouth University campus, Drake Circus, Plymouth, PL4 8AA.

The event runs from 11.00am - 8.00pm on Saturday 20th June 2015 (the marquee will be open from 11am - 5pm).
The event runs from 11.00am - 5.00pm on Sunday 21st June 2015.

Please note the size and location of stalls:

LOCATION (inside Rolle Plaza Marquee) - stalls will be approximately 2.0m long by 1.5m deep. Each stall is provided with 1 table and 2 chairs.

All stalls must be set-up by 10.00am on Saturday 20th June 2015. No stalls are allowed to pack away or leave before the close of this event as this disrupts the event and distracts from the performances.

Stalls must be staffed at ALL TIMES - bookings are not accepted for unstaffed stalls.

By registering for this event, we accept that the organisers reserve the right to protect the integrity of the festival and that this extends to withdrawing any stall, at any time, that is considered to be operating contrary to these aims.

If you are accepted as a stall holder you MUST provide a copy of your public liability insurance.

Space (and therefore number of stalls) at the Plymouth University venue is limited and it is therefore important that you book your stall as soon as possible.

If you have any special requirements we will try to accommodate them if at all possible. If you booking is accepted, you will receive confirmation, if not successful, your details will be placed on a reserve list and you will be notified.
