Site visits are generally conducted on either Mon-Tues or Thurs-Fri.  During the site visit, classes must be in session on at least one day (preferably the first day), with students, faculty, and administrators available during the entire visit.  Please provide two possible, specific date options (e.g., Thursday-Friday, March 5-6, YEAR) for a site visit.  MAERB will confirm the site visit date with you after the initial accreditation fee is paid. You may select any date options that you wish, as long as they are either MT or ThF combination and your first class will have already graduated by the time of the visit.  Once you have consented in writing to the established and specific site visit date, if you should need to postpone the visit, there is a rescheduling fee of $500 if the request is made within 6 months of the scheduled site visit.
