Indiana Private School Mission and Admission Project

Informed Consent

Dear Indiana Private School Administrators and Educators,

Dr. Kara Bratton, Adjunct Faculty at Concordia University, Irvine, and I are seeking to understand Indiana Private School's practices around the topics of (1) children with disabilities, (2) mission and vision statements, and (3)  admission procedures.

This study is open to administrators and educators who currently serve in Indiana non-public schools. Completing the survey is voluntary. In completing this survey, you are providing your informed consent.  You are acknowledging that you understand the purpose of this survey and are volunteering to participate.

Following data collection and analysis, Dr. Bratton and I plan to publish a research article and provide the Indiana Non-Public School Association an anonymous report that will be shared out with those who are members of the association.

The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

If you have any questions, please contact me.
