This survey focuses on the level of interest disabled people in Wales have in being involved in development work undertaken in Africa. There is no single definition of development but it is typically understood in terms of reducing poverty and inequality and improving health, education and job opportunities.

The survey and its analysis is being conducted by Dr Natasha Hirst and Dr Alun Hughes on behalf of Disability in Wales and Africa (DWA), Hub Cymru Africa (HCA) and Disability Wales (DW).
