Thank you for your interest to complete this survey.  This survey is part of an effort by the City of Mountain View Human Relations Commission (HRC) to understand needs and resources related to immigrant services.  The survey aims to gather information from immigrants who live and/or work in Mountain View.  

By “immigrants” we are referring to:
- People who were not born in the United States AND
- who were not assigned U.S. citizenship at birth AND
- who have moved to the U.S. with the intention of living here. 
 
This survey does NOT ask about your U.S. citizenship or documentation status.  It is anonymous, and participation is voluntary.

Instructions for Survey Completion:

1. You will need approximately 15 minutes to complete the survey, which has 22 main questions.

2. Please navigate through the survey using the “Next” and “Back” buttons at the bottom of the screens. Do not use your browser’s navigation buttons to move backward and forward.

3. When you have completed the survey, click on the “Done” button at the bottom of the last screen. Once you have submitted your survey, you will not be able to review or change any answers.
