Thank you for taking time to respond to some questions about your past and current housing experiences. This questionnaire is directed at anyone 24 years old and younger. However, if you are under the age of 30 and experienced difficulty with housing when you were 24 or younger, we would still like to hear from you!

This information is completely anonymous and will be used to help youth in Idaho who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability. This information is being collected as part of the Idaho Youth Homelessness Assessment. You do not need to have personally experienced homelessness to respond to this questionnaire.
