To be eligible for this study, you need to be at least 18 years old, live in Australia, have access to the internet via your smartphone, be currently inactive (less than 20 minutes/day) but want to improve your physical activity level, not already participating in another physical activity program, have not used a physical activity tracking device (e.g., pedometer, Fitbit, Garmin) within the last 12 months, and be able to safely increase your activity levels.
