2025 IT for Dominica Online Summer Institute - Teaching Application

2025 Summer Institute: July 7 to 18, 2025 (M-F)

Thank you for your interest in teaching in the IT for Dominica Summer Institute.

To apply to work with educators in the Commonwealth of Dominica as part of the IT for Dominica Summer Institute, please complete the following application.

Deadline for application: November 22nd, 2025

Following this deadline, all submissions will be reviewed by the IT for Dominica Foundation and potential volunteer teachers will be contacted.

Please note that information provided within this application may be shared with the IT for Dominica Foundation Board Members, the Summer Institute Program Lead, the Dominican Ministry of Education, and/or the Dominica Association of Teachers. The Alberta Teachers' Association, as one of our valued primary partners in the Summer Institute, will also review applicant's standing within the Association.

24.Medical facilities in Dominica are not the same as found in Canada. Urgent care often requires travelling off-island. Do you have health concerns that need to be considered? If so, please describe.

(It is unclear at this time if this program will become available again following Covid-19. It is an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences with others working internationally.
