Indian IT channel is at the cusp of transformation toward solutions architecture and service excellence in the new-age-of-IT. This is the time when channel has to once again prove themselves as real business leaders. In this scenario, seamless coordination between the channel and the vendors has become more crucial than ever.

The main objective of the newly instituted ITPV Channel Champions survey is to lend voice to the channel’s perception and experience in dealing with the vendors who drive its business.

At the same time, the survey aims to provide vendors a neutral view of partner expectations and how well they are managing channels and helping them grow.
