All Exhibits 18 m² or larger are required to submit a digital drawing or rendering including all heights and dimensions to ISPOR Show Management for the ISPOR Europe 2026 conference in Vienna, Austria, by the published submission deadline.
All renderings must include top, front, and side view of the Exhibit stand and clearly indicate height and width dimensions of all walls and major structures, including any required setback measurements. ISPOR approval is required before fabrication begins.
Renderings must be submitted as a PDF. Renderings must include:
- Top view of the proposed Exhibit
- Front view of the proposed Exhibit
- Side view of the proposed Exhibit
Diagrams should indicate:
- Height and width dimensions of all stand walls
- Height and width dimensions of major structures
- Applicable setback measurements
Any changes made after the initial submission must be resubmitted to ISPOR Show Management for approval prior to the meeting. Exhibitors attempting to build an Exhibit stand 18m² or larger without ISPOR approval will not be permitted to set up or may be required to close their space until the design has been approved. Should Exhibit construction onsite deviate from the submitted and approved floor plans, ISPOR Show Management reserves the right to require onsite modifications at the Exhibitor’s expense.
