ISPOR Press Pass Requirements

All requests for ISPOR Press Passes will be granted on a case by case basis, taking into consideration factors such as the nature of the event; the editorial focus, influence of the publication; the subject(s) and extent of the planned coverage; and the degree to which media attendance will impact event operations and/or the experience and participation of event attendees. ISPOR Press Passes are reserved for working media engaged in reporting and distributing information directly to the general public. Representatives from peer-reviewed scientific journals, other society publications, independent consulting firms, sales, advertising, public relations, marketing firms, or meeting exhibitors are not eligible for Press Passes. Those who are unable to attain a  Press Pass for ISPOR 2019, who have an interest in attending for purposes unrelated to editorial coverage, may attend by purchasing event registration(s).

Terms and Conditions

1. Only members of the media may obtain Press Passes. Only one Press Pass per company/publication is issued.
2. Press Passes are NOT transferable. When attending the event you will need to provide photo ID matching the name on the Press Pass application.
3. Conference IDs must be carried at all times. Without your conference ID, you will not have access to the venue.
4. Press Passes permit entry to standard conference sessions (i.e., plenary sessions, issue panels, workshops, forums, and the exhibition/poster hall).
5. Press Passes do not include access to extra-conference events (i.e., short courses, invitational group meetings, social event, etc.). Paid registrations are available to attend short courses and the social event.
6. Photos, video, and recording of any kind, and distribution of promotional materials/samples in the ISPOR meeting rooms or any other space near or adjacent to the ISPOR meeting space, is prohibited at all ISPOR conferences. All ISPOR publications, including PDFs, are the property of ISPOR and may not be reproduced, uploaded, or distributed in any way in their entirety without prior approval from ISPOR.
7. Before speaking to attendees in a professional capacity (as press), Press Pass recipients must identify themselves as press.
8. Requests for interviews should be sent to press@ispor.org. Every effort will be made to accommodate each request.
