The Isothermal Planning and Development Commission is developing a bicycle plan for the Isothermal region. This plan aims to improve bicycling conditions within and between Cleveland, McDowell, Polk, and Rutherford Counties. A main focus of this plan is to provide safe and accessible connections to points of interest and recreation areas. In order to do so, we want to hear your thoughts about bicycling needs in the region.
