We're SO excited that you want to come back to ISI! As we always tell you, once you become an ISI Alum, we claim you forever!

This Registration Form is your first step in the process. It includes questions about your contact information and how you want your badge to appear, research methods experience and interest in the MAIHDA sessions. If you're interested in the Advanced MAIHDA (Multilevel Analysis of Individual Heterogeneity and Discriminatory Accuracy) Applications Session led by Clare Evans, ScD, we'll ask you to answer a question and provide a brief statement about your work with MAIHDA. There are 6 sections and 27 questions. We estimate that it will take you roughly 15 minutes to complete.

You can select a day pass packages or one of the 5-Day packages to join us for the entire week. If you select a day pass, we'll ask you to tell us which day(s) you'd like to return. Once you submit this form, our team will review your responses and send you a payment link, typically within a couple of business days.

Your payment will secure your place in the ISI 2027 Cohort. After we receive your payment (full or partial), we'll start sending you official communications about ISI 2027, including schedules, logistics, and pre-event materials.
