IndySchool Consultancy is studying the trends in competencies for successful heads of school, how they have changed over time, and what might be the competencies of the future.  Detailed results will be shared will all respondents and a white white paper will distributed once the data has been analyzed.   

All responses will be kept in strict confidence.
