Each year, Infinity Rehab matches dozens of students with clinical instructors. We need your help to update our information about the student opportunities in your program.
Please complete this questionnaire about the student opportunities in your program. This will take approximately 5 MINUTES to complete.
IMPORTANT: As you consider the questions below, please know that we understand things can change quickly in your program. It can be difficult to project into the future, especially with caseload fluctuations or open positions. No matter what you enter on the survey below, you will always have the final say about any student rotation in your program. That includes making last-minute changes and/or cancelling rotations if something changes in the future. Thank you for leaning into uncertainty to help us open up the most spots possible.
