IRB Application

Introduction

Throughout the submission, you will be required to provide the following:
• Detailed Study Information
• Informed Consent Language
• Study Recruitment Documents/Advertisements
• Research Instruments (surveys, interview questions, models, etc.)

You cannot begin data collection until you have completed research ethics training and received a formal approval letter from the Gateway IRB. Please submit your application well before you plan to start data collection; we recommend a minimum of one month ahead of time.
