Trade Village Application
To secure your trade village space at the 2025 Edwards Saddleworld Toowoomba Interschool Queensland State Championships at Toowoomba Showgrounds from 30 June to 4 July, please complete the application form below.
Terms & Conditions
Please carefully read our Trade Village Terms and Conditions below -
- Trade village spaces are bare sites only and do not include any equipment.
- All trade businesses and vendors in the trade village must have in place and maintain occurrence based, public liability insurance for a minimum of twenty million dollars ($20,000,000); This must be provided to the Trade Village coordinator at the time the booking takes place.
- Workers' Compensation insurance as required by law in respect of employees of any trade exhibitors or commercial operation.
- Trade vendors must follow all relevant legislation and have in place all necessary permits and licenses required by any law or standard.
- Trade vendors must follow all directions and instructions given by/or any person appointed by Toowoomba Showgrounds or the organising committee.
- Trade vendors are to only occupy their allocated spot. A trade village map will be sent out prior to the event.
- For trade vendors that are bringing their own truck, trailer or outdoor display, measurements are to be
provided on the booking to ensure the correct space allocation. - The organising committee DO NOT take any responsibility for your stock or belongings. Please ensure everything is put away safely to reduce risk of damage or loss of property.

Sponsorships
