NURSING CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
APPROVAL STATEMENT: The New Mexico Hospital Association Approved Provider Unit is approved as a provider of Nursing Continuing Professional Development by New Mexico Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. LEARNING OUTCOME: Participants self-report a better understanding of strategies to improve infection control in New Mexico long term facilities, and a plan to achieve and sustain improvement. CRITERIA FOR SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION: You must register for the activity, sign in each day, attend the entire 2-day activity and submit a completed evaluation form when leaving for 9.75 contact hours of approved Nursing Continuing Professional Development/ Education.
