In-Person 2026 SEMM Conference - Proposal Submission Form

Thank you for your interest in speaking at the in-person 2026 SEMM Conference taking place at the Sheraton Hotel in Hamilton, Ontario, from April 7-9, 2026.

Full and/or half-day pre-conference workshops will take place on April 7 (separate registration required). Main conference 1-hour sessions will take place on April 8 & 9.

Presenters will not receive paid compensation; however, approved session presenters will receive the following discounts:

Pre-Conference - Complimentary 2-day main conference registration
Main Conference - $400 registration discount to 2-day main conference

Submit Early!
Submissions will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. We will respond to all proposals after the first submission deadline on October 17, 2025.

Note: If a submission is not accepted, we will provide all post-secondary employees a discount code to lower the registration rate to the registration rate on the date the submission was received.
