IPEC invites abstract submissions for the 2025 Virtual Poster Fair, taking place Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 3:00–5:00 P.M. ET.

Unless otherwise noted, all posters will be available on the IPEC website following the event.

Poster Submission Guidelines
  • Submissions must be received via the online form by the deadline above.
  • The presenting author will receive all IPEC correspondence.
  • Poster titles are limited to 15 words.
  • Please draft your abstract components—needs assessment, goals, educational strategies/intervention, and evaluation—in a Word document, then copy/paste into the form.
  • Acceptance notifications will be sent by October 20, 2025.
Poster Format & Upload
  • Accepted posters must be submitted as a one-page PDF (see PDF guidelines).
  • QR codes may be included to link viewers to a downloadable version.
  • Final posters and consent to post must be submitted by Monday, November 3, 2025.

Poster Fair Participation
  • Presenters must log in by 2:45 P.M. ET on Thursday, November 20, 2025.
