2025 IPEC Poster Fair Abstract Submission

IPEC invites abstract submissions for the 2025 Virtual Poster Fair, taking place Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 3:00–5:00 P.M. ET.

Submission Period:
Opens: Tuesday, July 1, 2025
Closes: Friday, September 12, 2025 at 11:59 P.M. ET

Unless otherwise noted, all posters will be available on the IPEC website following the event.

Poster Submission Guidelines

Submissions must be received via the online form by the deadline above.
The presenting author will receive all IPEC correspondence.
Poster titles are limited to 15 words.
Please draft your abstract components—needs assessment, goals, educational strategies/intervention, and evaluation—in a Word document, then copy/paste into the form.
Acceptance notifications will be sent by October 20, 2025.

Poster Format & Upload

Accepted posters must be submitted as a one-page PDF (see PDF guidelines).
QR codes may be included to link viewers to a downloadable version.
Final posters and consent to post must be submitted by Monday, November 3, 2025.

Poster Fair Participation

Presenters must log in by 2:45 P.M. ET on Thursday, November 20, 2025.
