If Your Abstract Is Accepted
Accepted presenters will be required to:
  • Submit a final one-page PDF poster by Wednesday, October 28, 2026
  • Follow the poster formatting guidelines
  • Complete any required consent forms
  • Participate in the live Virtual Poster Fair on Thursday, November 12, 2026

Unless otherwise requested, accepted posters will be included in the IPEC Poster Collection and made available on the IPEC website following the event.

10.Educational Strategies/Intervention
Describe what you implemented. Include who participated, what activities occurred, and how the project was delivered.

11.Evaluation
How did you assess the effectiveness of your project? Include evaluation methods, measures, outcomes, findings, or lessons learned. If your project is ongoing, describe your evaluation plan.

Learners completed pre- and post-surveys using ICCAS. Results demonstrated improved confidence in teamwork and communication. Qualitative feedback highlighted increased understanding of professional roles and responsibilities.

12.Abstract Listing Description for Online Booklet
Provide a brief summary of your project (3–5 sentences). This description will appear in the online abstract booklet if your poster is accepted.

Include:
  • The problem or need addressed
  • The learners, professions, disciplines, or partners involved
  • The intervention, activity, or approach implemented
  • Key outcomes, findings, results, or lessons learned

Example:
This project, Interprofessional Learning Collaborative, addressed limited opportunities for interprofessional learning among undergraduate nursing, pharmacy, and social work students. Faculty developed a series of simulation-based learning experiences focused on collaborative care and communication. Evaluation data demonstrated improvements in learners' confidence in teamwork and understanding of professional roles. Lessons learned are being used to expand the program across additional health professions.
