All giveaway items must be approved by the AACR. You may submit a sample if you feel it is necessary but it will not be returned. All prizes for approved raffles, drawings, or contests must be submitted for approval using this form. Note: Prizes are not permitted to be distributed during show hours or on the exhibit hall floor. They should be mailed to winner post-IO Meeting.
