Intuit is inviting young women technologists to be part of a mentorship program. This is in-line with our commitment to power prosperity amongst young engineers to be industry-ready with guidance from domain experts. The mentorship program is specifically designed to equip budding women engineers to develop core competencies and compliment their career aspirations.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech/ B.E 4th semester students and Dual Degree 6th Sem students from select campuses
- Specialisation – Computer Science / Information Technology /Maths & Computing
- CGPA – 7 or above
Process
- Register for the program by filling the form
- The eligible students will receive details for a screening test
- Students who clear the test will be enrolled into the program and introduced to their mentors

What to expect from the program?
- Weekly sessions (post college hours) through video conference on key topics to prepare you for the industry/ placements, spanning over a period of 2 months
- 1o1 sessions with mentors to provide guidance as needed
- All sessions will be held online
- You will need a computer with internet access, web camera, headsets (for audio)
- Work hard. Read. Practice. Have Fun. Repeat - use the opportunity to focus on key areas and hone yourself to be industry ready
- Opportunity to apply for internship positions and fast track your candidature
