  1. Please key-in your FULL NAME as per stated in your NRIC or Passport, no stage name or no short name. If your name has "BIN", "BINTI, "A/L", or "A/P", please include it also.
  2. Please key-in your Staff ID without space. eg. "URC 123" ❌, "URC123" ✅
  3. Please key-in your NRIC No. with this format; 12-digit number (YYMMDDPB###G) without "-".
  4. Please key-in the email only with the format of eg. "name@company.com.my". name of the email address owner is not required. Make sure the email address is correct and have access to the inbox.
It is compulsory to follow this Registration Guide for a smooth registration process. Failure to comply may resulting in the participant not receiving the Training Hours Record, Training Completion Certificate or barred from the future training registration.
