नीचे दिए गए सर्वेक्षण के सवालों का जवाब देने से, आप हमें अनुसंधान और प्रसार के प्रयोजनों के लिए अपने बेनामी डेटा (जानकारी) का उपयोग करने के लिए सहमति दे रहे हैं। निम्न प्रश्नों के लिए दिये हुवे आपके सभी जवाब सुरक्षित रूप से रखे जायंगे । हमारी डेटा सुरक्षा नीति ब्रिटेन के डेटा संरक्षण अधिनियम (1988) और अमरीका की प्रोटेक्सन ऑफ ह्यूमन सबजेक्ट्स (45 सीएफआर 46) के अनुरूप है।
सर्वेक्षण पूरा करने के लिए लगभग10 मिनट लगेंगे। आप अपने ब्राउज़र को बंद करके किसी भी समय सर्वेक्षण का जवाब देना बंद कर सकते है। सर्वेक्षण के अंत में आपसे पूछा जायेगा कि क्या आप आगे के अनुसंधान में भाग लेना चाहते हैं। यह पूरी तरह से वैकल्पिक है।

[This survey is being conducted by the Open University as part of a project which is investigating how people use and think about different types of online resources. The aim of the project is to provide a better online experience for our learners and to share our findings to help others.
