To apply for a medical observer experience, you must complete the online application form in Section A. In addition, please upload the following documents in Section B:

  • Current resume/CV
  • Letter of recommendation from your supervisor

Once you submit your application, you will receive a secure link to pay the non-refundable application fee of $275 CAD. Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

If your application is accepted, you will be asked to submit additional documentation by email, including but not limited to:

  • Hospital Application Form
  • Completed Immunization Record Form
  • Observation Experience Agreement
  • Copy of Medical Degree (officially translated in English)
  • Credentialing Fee of $175 CAD
