Help shape Kalamazoo’s next decade

The draft Imagine Kalamazoo 2035 Strategic Vision brings together community input into eight goals and five guiding principles that will guide City priorities, services, and investments over the next 10 years.

We invite you to review each goal and its proposed outcomes, then tell us how well they reflect what matters to you for Kalamazoo’s future. We also welcome feedback on how clearly the guiding principles connect to the goals and the City’s work.

You can comment on as many or as few sections as you wish. All questions are optional, and you do not need to have participated in earlier Imagine Kalamazoo activities.

Please submit your feedback by September 30, 2026. Your comments will be reviewed and help shape a final draft before it is presented to the City Commission for consideration.
