IJOTB Reviewer Readiness

* First of all, thank you very much for your interest in IJOTB and for your application to become a reviewer. This is a survey that will help me and the editorial board make a decision on your fit to serve as a reviewer for the International Journal of Organization Theory & Behavior (IJOTB).

Our reviewer pool is mainly constituted by those who have already published in the journal and by members of the Editorial Advisory Board. However, the pool is open and we are always in need of colleagues who volunteer to perform good reviews. We need reviewers to be in line with the current editorial policies of the journal, colleagues who write fair, critical, and constructive reviews as well as require rigor and robustness of scientific arguments.

If you have received a link to this survey, it means you are not an author nor you serve in the Editorial Advisory Board. Hence, the main purpose of this form is to ask a few questions to establish whether you can be part of IJOTB's reviewers community.
