Introduction
The Ohio History Connection (formerly the Ohio Historical Society) has received a Humanities Collections and Reference Resources Foundations grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities. This planning grant will be the first step in constructing a statewide digital collection of World War I materials in order to increase access to and use of scholarly and primary sources related to World War I. The final digital collection will also serve to commemorate the upcoming centennial and Ohio’s role in this major conflict.
This survey will help us to learn more about your teaching, particularly whether you teach about World War I (including the years 1914-1920). Your responses will support the planning and selection process for the digital collection and will help us develop additional primary and instructional resources that may benefit your teaching and scholarly research.
