LMS Registration

To access the eLearning series, ACECQA will require the following information to set up user profiles within the LMS. Please use this form to update your details to ensure your user profile is set up correctly.
1.Please provide your first and last name(Required.)
2.Please provide your IHC Service / Organisation name(Required.)
3.Please provide your email address

Please note that the LMS requires a unique email address to access the system, the same address cannot be used for multiple users. Please avoid using a generic email address where possible.(Required.)
