Introduction

In the second week of April 2020, the Board of Interactive Games & Entertainment Association (IGEA) will conduct a strategic review. One of the objectives of this review is to have a holistic look at our structure, offerings and services, not only from the perspective of our members, but of the wider interactive games industry. It’s important for us to have a realistic picture of who we are and how it is perceived that we represent the industry. As is often the case, we believe those outside of the industry may have a clearer view.

Given the recent announcement of our intention to join forces with the GDAA, it is imperative we receive critical feedback to ensure we build on the services IGEA already offers, but also that we have direction on the requirements of the broader industry.

We would like to hear your opinions on IGEA and the needs of our industry via this survey. The responses are anonymised and will be provided to IGEA in a ‘rolled up’ manner, though we certainly would welcome any direct feedback you may have.

The survey shouldn't take long to complete and if you could have it finalised by 27 March 2020, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for assisting us in our mission to offer the interactive entertainment industry in ANZ the best advocacy vehicle possible.

Your sincerely,

Ron Curry
CEO IGEA
on behalf of the IGEA Board
