This 5–8 minute survey is part of a benchmarking initiative led by the Inventors Foundation, a Silicon Valley–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to improving how inventors are recognized for their patented contributions.

Your responses will help identify what forms of recognition are most meaningful to inventors and guide the evolution of inventor recognition programs across innovation-driven organizations.
