IFT FED Mentoring Program:
Mentee Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in IFT FED mentoring program. This is a voluntary program lasting one year.

The mentors and mentees are encouraged to communicate at least once every two months.

The suggested minimum hours of total communication in one year is 6 - 9 hours (~ 1 - 1.5 hours per communication). Reminders and suggested topics for communication will be sent out every 2 months from IFT FED.

Example activities – Career advice, resume building, mock interviews, review of various statements, etc.

The format of communication is not limited and can include phone calls, video conference calls, personal meetings, etc. If both mentee and mentor attend IFT Annual Meeting, FED encourages them to meet in person during the meeting.
