Your opinion matters! The City of Idaho Falls is developing its plan to guide policy, actions, and investment for housing, infrastructure, community and public facilities, public service activities, and economic development over the next five years. Known as the Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development, the 2026-2030 CDBG Consolidated Plan is being developed. 

As an Entitlement City since 2004, the Plan is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and serves to address community needs and priorities that help determine annual CDBG funding allocations for investment. The City of Idaho Falls allocates 70 percent or more towards projects and activities that benefit low- and moderate-income (LMI) persons.
