Welcome to our Digestive Enzyme Study Pre-Screening Questionnaire
Apex Trials is conducting a phase 1/2, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, dose-ranging study to evaluate whether the study product may help support fatty acid absorption in healthy adults with gastrointestinal symptoms and/or potential pancreatic dysfunction.

This study involves a total of 6 in-clinic visits (located in Guelph, ON) over approximately 2 months. Participants who complete the study in its entirety will receive up to $2,350 in compensation for their time, travel, and participation. Total compensation will be pro-rated based on the visits you complete. Participation is voluntary.

If you are interested in participating in this study, the following questions will help us determine if you qualify. Please provide complete and honest answers to the questions to ensure this study is a good fit for you. All information collected will be kept confidential and will not be shared without your permission except as required by law. The questionnaire will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Your answers will be recorded, but your information will only be used for the purposes of this study.
